At FaithThread Tees, we believe in excellence and integrity in everything we do, including how we serve you. If your order doesn't meet your expectations due to our error, we're committed to making it right.
Eligibility for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges only for the following:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect items sent to you
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizing
- Design or colour preference
Return Window
You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process
If your item is eligible (damaged, defective, or incorrect):
- Email us at emergedwellpodbrands@gmail.com
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Provide clear photos of the item (if applicable)
Once approved:
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Returns and exchanges are handled by mail
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
If you would prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please let us know when contacting us.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after approval
